County recorders are your voter registrars in Arizona,so contact yours to register or to check your voting status. They’ll mail you a free postage paid ballot so you can vote from home. You can also register on-line at Service Arizona. It’s very easy.

You do not have to re-register over and over as your registration won't be voided unless you skip voting for two general elections. You also do not need to continually request mail-in ballots if you ask them to put you on the permanent early ballot list; you do have to stay registered,though.
